[3.3.x] Styles Support & Discussion • background image and making top image full width

Hi guys

I have done this dozens of times in the past but hit a blank right now, please see attachment, I want to use the background image to cover all the white part of the background and the top image to make it full width (responsive) so that the background image does not show on the left and right of it
