Your board seems to be updated (well at least your prosilver = v 3.3.14). What's the database version now?
On a side note
Add a dot (in cookie settings) to your cookie domain . >>>
You're using https:// but aren't enforcing it (I can access your board using http) and cookie_secure is set to false >>> change that to secure.

BTW PHP/7.4.10 has reached EOL a long time ago already ... Can you switch to 8.0.x (at a minimum)?
